[The Hong Kong Stock Exchange issued a letter to guide Jiayuan Services to re-list and resume trading details]

Jiayuan Service (01153crashteamnitrofueled.HK) received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 13, providing further additional guidance for resuming trading of the company's shares. Based on the content of the letter, the Stock Exchange required Jiayuan Services to prove to the regulatory authorities that the company's management had no issues of integrity, ability or character that had reasonable concerns about, in order to avoid potential risks and enhance market confidence.

Before trading of shares resumes, Jiayuan Services must meet all conditions for resumption of trading, completely resolve the issues that caused its suspension, fully comply with the listing rules, and obtain approval from the Stock Exchange.

The formulation of the resumption plan is the main responsibility of the company. Although the Stock Exchange can be consulted on the resumption plan, the steps to implement the resumption plan do not require prior approval from the Stock Exchange. The Stock Exchange will also adjust or update the resumption guidelines based on changes in the company's conditions.
