According to Zhitong Financial APP, SJM Holdings (00880) announced that on May 21, 2024, the acceptance transferee (a subsidiary of the company) and the acceptance transferor (a controlling shareholder of the company) entered into an acceptance agreement. It is reported that the property is registered with the Macau Property Registry as an urban building site located on Ametali Pillo Avenue (San Ma Road) and Baizai Tong Street (Lower Fu Lung Street) in Macau under No. 816. One of the "Jinbi Civic Center" buildings (3 floors, used for entertainment, restaurant and office purposes) has been built on it in accordance with all land concessions granted by the Macau government to the acceptance transferor.
