Changgaomei Group (08371) announced that the group has signed a new contract through its subsidiariesplayjokerswildonline(new lease agreement) to open a new Shili Xianghui Restaurant (new restaurant) in Shenzhen at L433 Vientiane City, Shenzhen Bay.

The new lease agreement is still pending execution by the owner. The owner is a major property developer and high-end shopping mall operator in mainland China.

Shenzhen Bay Vientiane City is located in the core area of Shenzhen Bay Houhai. It is a high-end shopping center covering an area of 80,000 square meters.
